5 minutes in and you all are pontificating about the Council of Chalcedon! Which btw was 451 A.D.* Matt is ragebaiting me / putting my bat signal in the sky. Christendom before Chalcedon had three apostolic sees (thrones): Rome, Antioch (where Christians were first called Christians), and Alexandria (where the first Greek translation of the Hebrew Bible was made very early on). At Chalcedon, it is not that Antioch and Alexandria left Rome, rather it is the other way around. Rome (Catholics and Eastern Orthodox) left the other two sees with a made up Christology. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMCe9mxCeq4&t=10s
